Aubrey Jones is very good at her job. I live in Canada and have bought cars in the US many times over many years. Probably at least once a year over the past dozen years. It's always frustrating getting good service for shipping. It's a cut throat business. If you don't understand how it works, you can be left in the lurch. This past January, I gave Navy Auto Transport a try. I dealt with Aubrey Jones. She was a breath of fresh air. Very professional. She's straight up with you and always gets back to you. She'll tell you what she can do from the outset and doesn't abandon you after the car is picked up. She has gone back and forth with drivers and carriers during transportation to make adjustments and to make sure my needs have been met for timely delivery. I have bought three cars now sicne January and Aubrey has taken care of each transaction to my complete satisfaction.
