Mario did an excellent job! He was professional from the very beginning when he responded to my online request for a quote. He introduced himself and his company and explained their process. I have transported many cars, so the process wasn't foreign to me, but the way Mario explained everything made me feel good about him and the company. He was one of the first to respond and I reviewed other quotes and went with him because of his professionalism. He found a carrier and then something happened with that carrier and he had to get me a new one. Once I got the carrier information, Mario continued to follow up to make sure the process was going smoothly. The carrier- Get It There Trucking, LLC was excellent too, he (Sean) sp arrived early and delivered the car less than 10 hours later....WOW! That was great customer service all the way around.
