My quote from Navy Auto Transport was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive of the quotes I received. I spoke with and even exchanged texts with Ana Gudas who was very open and honest about the way Navy brokers the load to a local trucking company where my vehicle needed to be picked up. She worked with me to ensure the load was picked up the exact day I needed it, even though the carrier raised their price by $50. Navy didn't raise the end price to me, they simply reduced their brokerage fee and honored their contract without even mentioning it.

Ana was great through this whole process, and made me feel comfortable shipping my large SUV clear across the country. The vehicle was delivered 2 days ahead of time, with no damage or issues to report.
