Tough industry but good service

Initially when I started the process of shipping my daughter's car I was overwhelmed with the responses I got. They don't tell you that you will be bombarded by several companies and I had no way of knowing who to use. After doing my research I decided to use Navy Auto because a rep by the name of Aubrey Jones took the time to explain the process to me. After booking my car was picked up the next day and it arrived to my daughter at school within 2 days. Unfortunately the driver had a hard time unloading at delivery because it was so cold the trailer had become frozen but he was able to coordinate with my daughter so she wouldn't miss a class. Other than the complications brought on by the weather this service was excellent. I will be recommending Navy Auto and Ms. Jones to anyone I know looking to ship a car. Thanks again Navy for helping me through this tough process.
