When I first put out my phone number online I must have gotten 30 calls in the next 2 hours. It was ridiculous. Of course everyone kept calling for weeks afterwards as well. However Aubrey was the only person who took a few minutes and explained what I had done (haha) and what was going to happen (all the calls / emails / etc). After the initial onslaught slowed, I called her back because of this. Best thing about working with Aubrey was her communication. Anytime I needed to communicate with her she responded really fast. Always within 12 hours, often in under 2 hours, and frequently in 30 mins or less. I was on a tight budget and was willing to wait a few weeks for the right price, and she kept me updated during the process. I would highly recommend working with her.

As an fyi to anyone moving a car in really cold temps, be prepared for the "unknown"! When I met with the driver, we couldn't get my car off the trailer because it was so cold out (below zero). One of the hydraulic lifts had frozen and no matter what we tried (heated propane torches mainly), it wouldn't unfreeze the thing. So I had to wait another couple of days while they drove it to another state to swap carriers and then bring it back. This had nothing to do with Aubrey of course, only mother nature!
