First time using a delivery service for an automobile. Was skeptical at first due to large number of scammers out there. Josh is the first company we spoke with and he came across as very straight-forward and honest. He did not over-promise. He indicated a cost estimate and met it. He estimated timing of vehicle pickup after the contract was completed and met it. He told us the vehicle would arrive between 6-10 and was candid that delays could occur and gave examples how. The vehicle arrived in six days. The company in Warren, MI that picked up the vehicle sent a driver who was very personable and professional. Can't speak too much about the long haul carrier but they called the morning of the delivery and kept in touch until actual delivery was made. Only hiccup, we didn't know who to make the money order payable to until the vehicle arrived. Fortunately our bank was across the street. The only thing that I would have liked was to be able to pay whole amount via credit card, or at least a personal check for the driver. Navy accepted credit cards for their portion. Also maybe status reports along the way so recipient can better plan time off from work. I usually shop around for these types of services but, after I got such honesty about pricing from Josh, I didn't want to subject myself to potential bait and switchers out there. Only unexpected fee was a $15 charge to Navy for processing.
