When virtually all of the brokering companies have the same resources at the same prices there is one thing that sets people apart. It their honesty, disclosure, but most importantly an investment in the customers cause. Luis was great at teaching me about the market and was fantastic at showing me how everything works. The most important aspect was that he truly cared in helping me shipped my vehicle because it was instrumental in my move. In him caring about this instrumental aspect, he became instrumental to my move. I recommend that when one goes onto those sites and requests quotes like I did, to not be over whelmed. Also, do not discount the offers. Some of them are not legit and some are shady but if Luis from Navy Auto Transport calls you are in good hands. Thank you Luis for all of your help. You made the daunting task of learning how to ship a vehicle easy and comprehensible.
