For Mario, Senior Logistics Manager: Thank you so much for the arrangements that you made to get my car safely and efficiently transported. The plan that you developed was perfect in every way. I was relieved that I did not have to leave the car in a storage lot; it was so reassuring to meet our driver and pass the keys and car directly to him. And from the beginning of our conversations I expected I might be 3 or 4 days without a vehicle, and in the end, the car arrived the day after I returned home. It all came together seamlessly. All of the advantages of this arrangement outweighed the additional cost over the proposed quote. I need to thank you also for contending with my anxiety over the course of our contacts. In my defense, having never transported a car before, I couldn't begin to understand how it was all going to work out. I am used to having details arranged and in place far in advance and in your business it seems the best plans come together last minute. I am so impressed with how you manage to coordinate it all. Thank you again; your competence and professionalism is very much appreciated.
