Rose contacted me from the moment I requested a quote and was ready to help guide me and clarify any concerns/questions I had about the entire process! Being a first time car-shipper, I was worried about the legitimacy of the car-shipping company but Neptune Auto Transport did a great job at helping me 1) ease my fears, 2) find a reliable and effective driver, and 3) complete the entire process with ease and promptness. I also want to recognize Osvaldo, the driver, and Marissa, who dispatched him with EAS Logistics INC. They were also very helpful and offered great costumer service. Overall, I would highly recommend using Neptune Auto Transport! For a great price and over the top service, you cannot go wrong!
