Promised to pickup 9/6/23 but didn't pickup until 9/7/23. Said door to door but that wasn't the case. Both of the pickup and drop off location was at Walmart and I have to uber back and forth. I contact the dispatcher about the pickup location and he said if you don't like it, cancel it, rude and unprofessional. No update whatsoever on the delivery date until the end of day before the morning of the arrival date. I will not use and do not recommended this company to anyone.
