I was working with a different transportation company for almost two weeks and they were not able to get me a driver. I found Neptune Auto and was working with Harry. I was a little skeptical in the beginning because the company required an initial contract. But I didn’t want to commit if they could not find me a driver. Harry worked with me and looked for drivers that fit my timeline. I didn’t think that he would continue to work on my request because I didn’t sign the initial contract. But he continue to help me out and was able to get me a driver in a reasonable price range within two days. I was able to ship my car and it was delivered in two days. I had an outstanding experience with Harry and I would definitely recommend his service. Should I need to ship my car again, I will contact Harry again. Great customer service. Harry also followed up with me to make sure that my car was delivered. Thank you very much Harry!
