Neptune auto transport was a pleasure to work with after a bad experience with another "reputable" transport company. Being very skeptical with the whole process of transport Elsa Lewis was professional, courteous and made this experience a pleasure. Elsa worked diligently to find a driver to transport my car from IL to FL within my non flexible budget. I had flexibility with time frame and once a driver accepted the order my car was picked up and delivered under 48 hrs. Kudos to the driver as well, he was superb in keeping me updated on his eta. I would definitely use Neptune auto transport again.
