The only positive person was the driver of my car he contacted me and kept me on time and up to date the brokers were not reliable and they would say anything to get you business My car was suppose to be picked up on Dec 26,2014 which I had to make plans for my daughter to stay till the 29th in a hotel till the car was picked up also the price changed from 750.00 to 875.00 and when you are desperate for the car after waiting to be picked up and they delay you for 3 days it caused worry so you will pay . The other person who was nice and reasonable was Keisha . Mary was the first person I spoke with she fabricated it all the dates and time never happened and could never reach when she could not hold her end of the bargain and Rachel was just rude would of never used this company had I spoken with her first . Beware of brokers this company was the worst I had 3 cars heer and 3 cars to jersey so I was use to the other transporters who were great .
but they could not accommodate the dates I need. I took a chance that cost me 3 days of hotel stay a ((100.00 a day and a price change because they could not be bothered to tell the truth from the onset . I say to anyone before you move you car
check the company and relations thoroughly do your homework it pays . You never wan t to go through this . New way never again the Driver and the one person Keisha were honest . Thank God my daughter made it here safe and all went well and I had money to spend extra for this . I know not to use or trust this folks ever again . I have another car coming in three weeks and I assure you they will not be doing any business with me now or never . Thank You
