I had never used a transport service before. I used a website to get a quote from several different companies and was contacted by 3 or 4 to move my classic car.

I had concerns about timeliness as the car to be transported was located in Vail, CO; I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a decent price due to the difficulties of mountain driving, let alone likely blizzard conditions in November- December.

Mary explained to me that rates were guaranteed regardless of conditions and contacted me several times to follow up as I was unable to commit to a date. Once I paid the deposit, I still wasn't sure on a date, but once I set the date my car was picked up 2 days after the start of the pickup window. My car was picked up on Friday and delivered over 1,000 miles away on a Monday.

All services were delivered EXACTLY as described. I would HIGHLY recomend New Way to anyone looking to move a vehicle.
