I picked a quote not the highest and certainly not the lowest of bids. I agreed to the terms as I understood them and waited.... and waited..... No pick-up arrangements were ever made. I waited the first 10 days, called the company and was in formed the contract allows a 4 day "grace period" (although they charged my C/C the FIRST DAY!) Waited the grace period.... no calls. I called the company 7 times in one day and never got the phone picked up except SALES! The customer service website was inoperative. I have returned e-mails as proof. I'm sure getting my deposit back for services never performed will take months. DON"T USE THESE PEOPLE! YOU'LL BE SORRY!
