The customer DO NOT provide the correct information, we had contact him with few carriers we had and they didnt want to release the car.
They had tried to contact us after hours as they are located on the west coast and we are on the east coast - which everybody know about the time diffrent.
We are here 7 days a week and answer all hour calls or return messages, we will be more then happy to provide out call logs as well.
We will be more then happy to provide a copy of the contract with the customer signature as a proof that he agreed for the price and the the service was provided as agreed.
