On 6-27, I hired this company to transport a truck to CA. from TN.
I had just fired a transport company that could not do the job. (at least they were honest)
New Way sales Rep. (Robert) simply scammed me to get my deposit.
He told me that my truck could be picked-up the same day, (he had trucks in the area) and delivered in 5-days. (Expedite shipping) I was in a desparate situation being the truck's delivery deadline had exceeded. After the vehicle wasnt picked-up that day, like I was told, I waited till after 3:00 the next folllowing day to call/email.. No relpy, no respond, no return call.
after 2-days, I call and spoke with customer service, it turns out that I was place on a 10-day pickup window, (standard shipping) with out knowing..!! the sales person knew the time-sensitive issue I was dealing with, and lied to me, and took my deposit with no regards....!
this is a terrible way to do business, I do NOT reccommend using this company...
Their contract policy does include expedite shipping and rush shipping, and is structured to
be next to impossible to be refunded. (72 hr. prior to pickup schedule, or after 10-days plus grace period) I would NOT RECCOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY...!!
