I was very happy with the service I received from New Way Moving. I tried over 12 other companies and New Way was the only one that answered the pone and responded with facts. They were very honest and they picked up and delivered my car on time. They ere the only company to share with me truck drivers actual contact information and verification that he would transport my vehicle as they stated.

more importantly their customer service was extremely polite and professional.They responded to my questions and requests with promptness and courtesy. I always got a live person and not a computer recorded message when I called. I also got a call back within an quick period of time to

I know you can get a cheaper cost for other companies (if they really show up) but you will have to put up with a great deal of frustration dealing with scam companies. I highly recommend New Way for all of your transportation needs. They are one of the rare companies in the transportation industry that actually knows customer service.
