At first I was really happy when I called and talked to Scott Benkel, He made me feel like I made the right decision. He told me that the cost of moving my Pacifica from MN to NM would be $775. I had to put a deposit of $175 down and within a couple of days the car should be picked up. The first pick up date was Dec. 16, 2013. Well I didn't happen, I waited a couple of days and I got a call from Dispatch stating that they were still looking for a driver. I heard nothing for days. I finally got the call from them stating that they found a driver but it would cost $200 more. I advised them that it was only suppose to be $600 more. I advised that I didn't want to pay more because they told me that it was going to be $600. Well that was on Dec 23, I told them to keep looking for a driver that would charge me the quoted price they gave me. I got tired of waiting for them to get a driver so Jan 15, 2014 I called and the lady on the phone stated that it was 'ok" for me to cancel and that I needed to send an e-mail stating I would like my refund. That day I sent the e-mail, I called a week later and they said that the e-mail was rejected by New Way. I have called several time with return calls. I have made contact and they stated that they would send me and e-mail for me to get my refund. I would call because I never received an e-mail. Today I called and talked to Tracy, she was very rude and stated that I was not entitled to a refund. She stated that they found a driver and that's all they have to do. It don't matter how much more the driver is going to charge, they did their job finding a driver, therefore not getting a refund.
