I contacted the company in mid December and paid my deposit. The approximate pickup date was around the first of the year. It is now nearly April 1st and no delivery. I contacted the company on many occasions and was informed that the weather was the problem. Since the weather has not been a factor as of late, I asked for a pick up time. No response. I spoke with customer service and I was told to send an email to info@newwayservices.com which I did four times. No response! I have called five times for a refund of my deposit. No response. Please...do not use this company!!

We had inform the customer in regards to our cancellation procedure, we are not denied the fact that the customer is entitle for refund. Please contact our billing dept. directly at billing@newwaymovingservices.com to complete your refund.
