New Way emailed me a quote of $550 to transport my car from Orlando area fl to Erie pa, THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT MARCH 28TH AND PROMISED A PICK UP MARCH 31 TO APRIL 7TH, once they got my deposit the couldn't find any drivers who would haul it for the price they quoted, I was very patient with them as i had plenty of time and the car was not my primary vehicle. Once they get your deposit the customer service ends right there, when you call you have to talk to dispatch because nobody else answers the phone in customer service or billing and they do not return phone calls, I sent emails asking to" either refund my money or move my car" and they called that a cancellation when i talked to dispatch. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY OR AGGRAVATION ON THESE THIEVES, I have filed a dispute with mastercard and reported them to the better business bureau and i am livid at these crooks.
