It is unfortunate that the customer did not read our contract before signing it. We have not misrepresented ourselves because we advised Mr. Sergio over the phone that we are a broker. It is also stated in our contract (which customer signed). Customer breached our contract by cancelling within the dates stated, also by going with other companies. He tried to blame on us that we posted his car under other company names on CentralDispatch. Each company only has access to their account. There is no way we could possibly do that. We even tried to negotiate with customer and offered to refund part of the deposit which he declined.
Please look at our many other customers who had a great experience transporting their vehicle with our company.
