first of all i would like to take this opportunity to appologize for any inconvienience that happend during your transportation.
i would like to try and resolve this issue, we explained you few times that we are a broker and we can not control the drivers/carrier actions but diffrent then what you described here we do care about our customers therfore i'm asking you to submit all the paper work and the charges breakdown to the office and att it to me, i will personaly will take care of that (roni).
i'm sure i can proof you that we do care about our customers and that this issue will be resolved for your satisfaction.
