HORRIBLE!! beyond a joke, a new low!

Wow where do I begin. It was one failure after another, one lie after another.
First of all, I should have known better when their quote was $950 when all other carriers quoted $1100. The sales lady Veronica was nice and prompted took my deposit to "get the process started". (I later found out this is the incorrect way). The communication was great until I finally paid the deposit. From there on, there was little to no communication.
I gave the company over 2 weeks to find a driver and every time I asked for an update, it was lie after lie. Getting a simple no was like pulling teeth. Dispatch would say they maybe have a driver and waiting for confirmation, but then nothing happens, no follow up, zero communication to me the customer. Each time I called they would give me attitude over a reasonable update.
If I would have known this entire time that this awful company was simply yanking me around with no concrete result, I would have simply went with someone else. I bring this up because I was trying to get my car from Wisconsin to California before winter during peak shipping season at the promised $950, I would have even paid more. However, because they keep yanking me around for 3 weeks, I missed out on this shipping season window. When winter came, the average shipping quote shot up to $1900-2200 for the same route. If I would have know that New Way wasn't going to get me a driver, I would have simply paid another company in order to get my car shipped before the winter. Its not March, and I finally have my car thanks to another company.
Weekend dispatch Lasha: Unprofessional, does not answer her phone, gives me her contact number and claims its her cell phone so that I can call or text, but when I do, it routes to an office line that no one picks up during the weekend. Whenever I call, shes out shopping or simply conveniently forgets, or was sick in the hospital, and just one lie after another.
This company is complete beyond incompetent. Do not use them unless you simply want to pay them a hefty tip to say hello.
Oh and lastly, when I finally called my bank to dispute the charge, the customer service had the audacity to give me an attitude to say I never gave them a chance to offer a deposit refund. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! They never answered my calls, texts, or voicemails to get the job done- no way in hell did I have faith that they would reasonably give me my refund.
Good luck New Way, I hope you go out of business soon.
