I now believe what I saw that they pay people for positive reviews. I had a nasty experience with this company and its not over yet. Hi everyone, I wish all those who have been scammed by this broker would come together for us to petition all regulatory agencies to investigate the corrupt ways this broker uses to scam unsuspecting customers. I will be publishing a detailed account of their modulus of operandi for all to know how they are able to scam pple. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THEM. I WILL REPORT TO THE D.A, PuC, DOT, AND GET A JOURNALIST TO INVESTIGATE THEM. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY OR SIGN ANYTHING UNTILL THEY TELL U THE PRICE IS FINAL. PLEASE AUDIO RECORD YOUR CONVERSATION WITH THEM. DON'T LET THE THREAT U WITH LAW SUIT. So 2-13-2019, I WAS CONTACTED by a representative from New Way Moving Services to have my car transported from Colorado to Texas. She told me it would cost $575.00 but if I pay $175.00, I could lock the price of $500.00. I paid $175.00 with my credit card and she sent me the contracted to sign. THIS WAS A VERY VAGUE CONTRACT. BUT I believed them and sign as I could not stay in Colorado after 03-31-2019. The car pickup was planned for 03-25-2019. The dispatch at New Way Moving Services called in on the day of pickup (03-25-2019) to tell me that there has been price fluctuation and that I have to pay $700.00. I argued with her for a while and told her i have to look elsewhere for a better deal. She told me that i signed a contract and that I agreed price fluctuation. It is also diffrent wording on the contracte. On the contract, it states that the price quoted is for the transportation. (I can upload the contract for all to see and be cautious). I asked to talk to the manager on duty. The manager implied that I was stupid not reading contracts before I signed. She stated that even if she had fluctuated the price to a million dollars, I would have to pay because I signed the contract. Attorneys on this platform can contact me if any other action can be taken.) In a panic and under duress, they presented me with a new cost and contract to sign so my car will be transported. Customers services was so bad. They threaten to sue me with false harassment if I go public. After this encounter, I researched on this broker and found that they have defrauded a lot on people and I am surprised the authorities have not brought the to book. Now when I told them I have reported the case to DOT. They threaten not to pick up my car and cancel the contract. (Wow...this is USA, and law enforcement agencies and regulatory agencies allow this company to dupe people. ) PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITVE REVIEWS. IT IS FAKE.FAKE FAKE. I WILL NOT STOP PURSUING THIS CASE TILL I TALK TO A JUDGE. They put in the contract that you can only sue them in Miami-dade county and you have to come there else the judge will dismiss the case. I will continue later will the recording and emails. Have to continue packing. Attorneys for class action can contact me.
