You were on a VERY low budget to transport your car, we had contacted you and follow up for few months until you were ready, we had informed you that prices changed but you ask to keep your old price because of your financial situation.
We had processed your refund but it does take up to 7 business days for the credit to show on your credit card.
We do appologize but we informed you before that with the low price, the season and the increase in fuel prices it might take more time to transport your car.
