Scam service. Not refund my money

I made a booking with them at $575 dollar based on a written quote via email. They took my deposit for $150 which in the first place in high from the average of $50-$100. Then they forced me that they only take payments via cash app such as Apple Pay or Venmo and not a credit card which is again a flag as you can never ask for a refund or ask your bank for a refund in case you never reach an agreement with them over price. Once they had my money they took one week to let me know that a driver is available for pickup for $850. When I said it is out of our agreed price and my budget they said that it the market rate. After coming back 3-4 times to me for the same range of $800-$900 I asked for a refund as other moving services were still asking for $650. In the end they said they will not refund my $150 and keep it as cancellation fees. I spoke to the other moving service 10 mins later I used other moving company to move my car for $650 with the driver picking up the car next day. Please do not make any cash deposits to this company or any other company as they scam you and force you to book them at a higher price. I would never recommend them to anyone.
