I previously used them with no issues. This year, the date of pick up was not confirmed On the day of pick up I was told that i needed to pay cash (never told before) the car was transferred in another state - and I had no contact for the new company My car arrived damaged and New Way claims they are the broker and have no responsibility (even while there was no contact with transfer company. I asked for a refund on the return which i cancelled 4 months ahead. They said i would receive a check back by 21 June. We are now almost 2 months later and they have not responded to calls or emails and I have still not received my refund.
