Horrible customer servce

Order was set up that down payment and balance would be paid by credit card. Driver calls to arrange pick up and states balalnce due was 400.00 and payable in cash at destination. Ithold the driver it was set up as credit card payment. I let several messages with New Way, sent email cancelling service which got the atteention of Rachel. She actaully yelled at me and was very rude. She stated that she contacted the ddriver and that driver would be paid by New Way. Driver reached the destination, faxed in his paperwork and was told he would not get paid. Driver has called me several times seeking assistance from me but my hands are tied. New Way got paid by me, I got my car delivered but this unsuspecting driver got screwed by New Way. The driver was very polite at all times. Car transported from apex, nc to plano tx.

All what you wrote here is false, the driver did get paid and we have a copy of the cashed check. You asked to cancel your reservation after your car is on the truck (what funny) , its sounds like you made a good deal with the driver. Nobody was rude its just that you asked impossible things after you signed a clear contract, and we do have all calls recorded. The driver had been paid in full, we completly dont understand where are you coming from.
