Cynthia at at New Way was AWESOME. Thank you for putting up with me. Very kind and understanding person. Calls you right back and follows up quickly. Unfortunealty the carrier they chose kept moving up the date, which was the most agrevating part of this experience. I guess i dont understand the trucking business enough, but in the end it worked out just fine. The carrier apolized and used his own pickup and trailor to get the vehicle delivered. That was much appreciated. Bottom line dont be in a hurry and read your contract. Despite all my phone calls to New Way and the truckers cell phone. I would use this firm again. Cynthia at customer service made all the difference.
