I placed the order with New Way on 12/07/2009. Sales man called michael promised to pick up my Lexus vehicle on 12/13/2009. He collected me the deposit for $150. He promised me, a driver would call me with in 2 days to schedule the pickup.But no one called me even after pick up date. When i called New way Danielle answered the phone and told me that she can not promise anything about the pickup. When i asked for refund , she says that they can not refund the deposit because i am calling very early for refund. She said that i have to wait for one month then only i can cancel and they consider for refund

Fake Review. Its not our customer, we had contacted the police and our attorney in regards to this review. Its a person that fake documents and trying to hurt the company.
