THEY REALLY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSSINESS

I first contacted New Way on Feb. 24, 2010. I thought everything was okay, I set up a move for my 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlas. The car was suppose to be picked up in Greenville, Al. and to be dropped off in Jacksonville, N.C. The move was quoted at $450.00, so I paid the deposit of $150.00. I waited 3 weeks for them to turn around and tell me they couldn't do it for that price. They told me if I wanted it done I would have to pay a total of $650.00. When I found out the price changed, I asked for a refund. They told me I had to request a refund in an e-mail, so I did so. I requested my refund on the 18th of March. They told me it would take 5 to 7 buisness days to get the money put back in my account. It has now been 14 days and still I haven't received my money. If I known then what I know now, I wouldn't even hire them to move my damn dog house or even a bag of shit. they also have nasty and rude attitudes on the phone.
