I needed to ship a car to my neice for her 16 birthday. I started working with Safe-Direct, but once the order was booked, the salesperson turned into a Mr. Hyde, so I canceled it. Ray at New World Auto Transport was a pleasure to work with. He worked very hard to find a hauler to get the car to my neice on time for her birthday. I know this wasn't easy since it was a bit off the beaten path. He was honest, always nice and returned every email and phone call I made. He totally got how important a first car is to a teenager, and he certainly went the extra mile to make it all happen. Glenn, the hauler, was equally awesome. He came when he said he would and delivered it on time. Even though it was open transport, the car was delivered totally spotless. I would totally use New World Auto again and highly recommend using them. I give them a 5 plus star rating! Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience for me and for giving my neice the biggest smile in the world! You guys totally ROCK!
