I needed to have my daughter's car transported from Ohio to California and was looking for a quick pick up. I called New World Auto Transport and spoke with Steve Anderson on a Monday and told him what I was looking for. I advised that pick up would be available starting the next day at 2pm. He stated he would get right on it to look for a driver for vehicle pick up and let us know the availability.
On Tuesday morning we received a call - the car would be able to be picked up at 2pm that day! We were very glad to hear this! At 2pm, the driver arrived as promised and loaded the car up for transport without any issues. The driver advised my daughter that her car would be delivered in California by Friday at the earliest and Monday at the latest.
Steve had advised to call him a couple days into transport so he could check on the location and approximate delivery time of the vehicle if available. I decided to wait to Friday morning to check the status - when I called Steve, he contacted the driver to get delivery information. I spoke with Steve again later in the afternoon and he advised that my daughters car would be delivered that day. Late Friday evening, the car was delivered to me in excellent condition, just how it left Ohio (with the exception of being very dirty, which Steve had advised me in the beginning that would to be expected).
I could not have been more pleased. Steve provided excellent customer service from the beginning with explaining the process and fees, obtaining quick pick of my vehicle, and complete follow through on everything he had told would happen during the transport process.
