We spoke with this customer today and we were very sorry that we were unable to accommodate him in the time frame he requested. He was fully aware that pick up and delivery on any vehicle is estimated based upon the route for the particular transport and availability of a transport truck. Unfortunately, we were unable to successfully resolve this issue to our customers satisfaction and he cancelled his order. We were in communication with the customer during the transport process, but sometimes, regardless of how we try to please the customer we are unable to do so.
