I wanted to post this review because I wanted to share the very positive experience
I had with this company. I had called several auto transport companies but they did
not pickup my automobile as they had promised. One company even held my entire $800 payment
for two weeks without ever scheduling it for pickup. I was searching for a company to
transport my Jeep Cherokee from San Antonio Texas to Chicago Illinois.
I had absolutely no idea about this process or cost! I called several companies,
but am so very pleased that I decided on New World Auto Transport! The gentleman who
took my call, James Taylor, was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, knowledgeable,
and extremely patient with my tons of questions - and for that I am extremely thankful!
He even followed up with me, after the car had been delivered, to see how things
had gone. Even though a secondary company was used to transport my vehicle from
the northern Chicago suburb to my south suburb home address where they incurred $140
in unpaid tolls, James taylor is still working with them to get this issue resolved.
I am happy to say that my vehicle arrived safely, on time and in great condition.
Someone told me that the $845 price I was quoted (and paid) was a little high,
but I would pay it again in a minute! It was worth it - you can never put a price
on peace of mind! I am very pleased with my experience with the company;
Mr. Taylor, has been working with me to get the toll charges refunded.
Overall my experience has been very positive and I will gladly use their services again.
