The contact person, Ray Freasier was courteous, professional and friendly. He contacted me immediately my vehicle was picked up. And he promptly found out why there was delay in delivery. I will advise that the carrier should be encouraged to keep the customer informed if there is any delay in transit. Also, info of the carrier should be made available to the customer as well. Definitely will do business again.
