I was happy to get reunited with Steve after knowing him earlier in his career in the van conversion business. I am a small dealer and ship probably 8-10 cars a year to/from Houston, TX.

Steve was very responsive in getting me the quote and coming in at the same price as I was quoted by other brokers. I very much want to find a "go to" transport company to use down the road. The car was picked up right away and was delivered on the day it was promised.

The only bone I have to pick is this. In the week that the car was to arrive, my father in law passed away and I knew I was going to have to be out of town for the services around the time the car was due to arrive. I called and spoke to Rudy twice to get an ETA of the car so I could arrange for it to be dropped at an alternate location if I wasn't going to be here. Both times he said he would check on it and call me back and I never heard back. I finally heard from the trucking company themselves the day before and I gave them the drop off info. directly. Not getting a return call when promised is a major pet peeve of mine. I would certainly use New World again but would hope they tweak their return call protocol.
