Truck broken down in AZ

I selected this company based on a neighbour feedback/experience. Other than take my money to book the transport $400 (total cost $400 + $1700 = $2,100) they added zero value to the process of moving the car. My car was delayed 7days because the truck broke down in AZ en route from Florida to CA. Not once did they call to explain why the car was delayed. I had to call the truck driver directly to receive updates. To pay $400 to access a truck driver seems too high given they don't care about the transport once they have processed their booking fee. Would I use them again?
Yes, if they are the lowest price because they add zero value to the proceIss other than process the booking fee. That said the better option is uship to access the truckers directly. The trucker was very helpful and honest and responded to my questions as needed to determine when my car would be delivered. The car was delivered 7days later but in perfect condition. Other than take my money/ order AutoTransport added zero value to the process
