Anyone who is contemplating (or has done) the transportation of a vehicle, particularly a vehicle that is rare or unusually valuable) knows that there are a TON of companies that will promise the silvery moon, and deliver a filthy rock. New World Auto Trasport is the polar opposite of that analogy... they promise the silvery moon and deliver Jupiter made of 24k gold. Folks, this is THE BEST, most reliable, honest, accurate and most professional transport outfit in business today, period. They exceeded my expectations on EVERY level from the first phone call to the delivery of my car.
My background: I have worked in the customer service end of the largest publicly owned utility in this country for over 37 years. To say that I know and recognize good customer service from bad, or excellent customer service from merely good customer service is an understatement... this is where I live and breathe. The vehicle I needed transported is very rare so I wanted THE best transportation service I could find. Virtually every other company I spoke with (approx 15 of them) did not trip my "trust meter". I heard lots of great "words" but consistently ended up feeling like I was getting sucked into a bad undertow... pushy salesmen who after one phone conversation began calling me incessantly, other salespeople insisting that "if I commit NOW, it would guarantee my car would be delivered on "X" date... until I read the reviews of customers cars being stuck at a transport hub for 2 and 3 weeks with customers ready to rip their hair out in the frustration of not knowing their cars status.
NWAT was absolutely 100% opposite of all that nonsense. No sales pressure, just a very confidence inspiring conversation and enough assurance for me to feel that I just found the company to transport my car. I was not disappointed, in fact, I was stunned at how my expectations were exceeded. I was contacted by the transporters driver approx 24 hours before pickup, immediately after pickup, when he was about an hour from my house, and when he was 5 minutes from my house. The car was picked up on the morning it was supposed to be picked up, and was delivered in pristine condition THE SAME EVENING!! A customer cannot ask for more than that, whether transporting Moms SUV up the East coast, to getting that Lamborghini Aventador across the country.
I could go on and on about how professional and courteous Micheal Warner and NWAT is, but the bottom line is that if you want to avoid all the smoke and mirror companies, and you want to sleep well at night, secure in the knowledge that you chose THE RIGHT transportation company, Im taking the time to write this to tell you that you can end your search... you've found your company. NWAT is the only way to go, ESPECIALLY if you have a vehicle you really care about and want the absolute BEST service you can find at ANY price.
