This is my first time in shipping a car. Sending my car to my mom in Vegas as a gift. I went online to compare prices and customer reviews.
I checked out the website of New World Auto Transport based on the good reviews. Ray Freasier sent me a quote. I called him on New Year's Eve for information. He's patient and thorough in explaining the process. I booked with the company that day. I was able to talk to Daisy Wells, the co-owner of the company who's originally from Cebu. She's very warm and easy to talk with. They emailed me the order form to be filled out. Faxed the form back on New Year's Day. On January 3rd, I received a call from Fred, the driver (Southwest Northeast Transport) at around 6 pm that my car will be picked up the following day. On January 4th at around 11:30 am, my car was picked up. New World Auto estimated the delivery date : January 12th. I received a call from my mom on January 10th, Sunday, that the driver called her for the delivery. The car was delivered earlier than the expected date and without any damages. Fred, the driver is very professional to deal with.
