Just absolutely incredible level of care and customer service. New World Auto Transport blew my expectations out of the water. The follow up and updates through out the process were great. The communication left me with no worries or questions. They showed up on time, answered all my questions and really delivered 5 star service. Steve Wells and his team did an amazing job transporting my VERY RARE and expensive collector truck from Florida to Texas. Truck was transported in a 2016 enclosed trailer. Super nice and clean. If you have a vehicle that needs to be transported and you want it done right and with the utmost of care and communication. I highly recommend New World Auto Transport. Steve Wells and his crew really set the bar for vehicle transport.
The truck arrived in only 2 days. I was completely blown away at how quickly they got everything handled and set up. The driver also kept me updated on the status throughout the whole process. Steve called a few days later after the drop off to check how things went. A real stand up guy who cares about his clients and genuinely wants to deliver the best experience for his customers.
