I'd been searching for someone to transport my vehicle and getting different quotes and wasn't very pleased with who I'd initially chosen. Even though I'd initially turned down New World Transport I had second thoughts when William made it a little more personal with a text. We text back and forth and I ask could they beat the offer I had. He then had Mike call me, we talked and he did beat the offer. But it wasn't just a matter of beating the offer. I'd never used a transport company so was very unfamiliar with how things worked and hadn't received answers to my questions with the initial company. Mike took the time to answer my questions, giving me a better understanding of the process which I greatly appreciated. A driver contacted the company about a pick up later in the evening last night and Steve took the information and got in contact with me to see if the time etc would work. We made it work and my vehicle was delivered this morning. I text Steve to let him know it had arrived and he took the time to call and make sure all was good and thanked me for my business. I would definitely use the company again if I ever have another need to transport a vehicle and strongly recommend them.
