Being the first time In our life we needed an auto transport, we really picked a winner!!! The New World Auto Transport CEO, Mr Steve Wells, facilitated our great experience. Our car was picked-up in CA on schedule and delivered to NC on schedule with no damage to our vehicle. At the last moment, our scheduled driver backed out but this was not a problem for Steve and/or his crew. Immediately, a new driver was assigned and pickup was on time.
Ms Diane Miller, the Compliance Director, Dispatch Manager is outstanding. Diane constantly kept in contact with the driver and us as our car made it across company. Use this company!
