First time experience with this company. Steve Wells helped me greatly on a trucking job that wasn't even his. I was thinking of using New World as the out-of-state auto dealer I was dealing with had already given the transport job to someone unknown to me. The car was pending pick-up in a few days.
I contacted Steve to perhaps have the job switched over but instead of Steve immediately going that route, he respected his competition and vetted this other trucker for me. He even spoke to them and sent me pics of their rig, inside and out. Steve got back to me with a thumbs-up and said this other company should be fine. He also helped me in terms of my protection such as insurance and what I should expect to see from this other company.
Bottom line, I am so impressed how Steve handled all this for me, I will definitely use New World in the future and recommend them to my friends.
