We were very happy with New World. Jon at New World was friendly and helpful, he gave my daughter the student discount and he found a driver quickly. Cezar, the driver was professional, and his truck was in excellent shape. He picked the car up a few days after the original pick-up date but informed us all along of his status with the pickup and we didn't mind at all as it gave us time to get the car ready. He delivered the car a day or two early in fine shape except it was dirty since he had to drive through several snow storms and it couldn't be helped. Overall we were extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend New World Transport
