I was pleasantly surprised at the personalized service. All of my questions about the shipping process were answered - mostly by the descriptions on the web site. Also appreciated the prompt pickup and delivery and last but not least, we had a great driver - he gave advance notice as to the drop off time and was happy to meet a nearby truck stop.
