I used them for a car transport . My contact was jane and she was great. I called a couple of times throughout the journey and if she wasn't available, she got back to me very quickly. I do wish there was a bit more communication around timing at the delivery - since the car was delivered over a weekend it was difficult to reach the dispatcher to get updates on timing. Knowing that in advance would've been helpful.
