Terrible service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is extremely unprofessional and did not deliver on their service. I booked weeks in advance to have my SUV shipped from ny to California as I’m moving across country. They explained that the pickup date would be between November 8-10. No one contacted me in that time frame and so I called them on November 8th and 10th and they informed me they were still trying to find a driver. I called them again on November 12 because they were closed the weekend and they informed me that they had tried to contact me over the weekend and that they had a driver ready to pick up the car. That was completely untrue because I had no voicemails and was waiting for the car to be picked up! Then they lied again telling me that that driver HAD ACTUALLY cancelled after I called them out for lying. They then quoted me at $500 more than the original quote and said the driver could pick up the car November 13 almost a week after the oringal pickup date. I cancelled the reservation and they did not take down the posting until the following day making it impossible to book with another company until they took it down. The customer service is terrible and we’re not helpful at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
