Do everything you can to avoid this company. Total scam. Spoke to Misha over the phone. Misha said, we would have to pay a $400 fee when the driver ARRIVES to come pickup the car. They let us know the pickup would be the next day. What was sketchy was that Misha said we could not pay with a card and that we would need to use cashapp or zelle. What legitimate company is using this for large transactions? About 20 minutes after the call - there was a $400 charge to the card on file. Misha JUST said to us that when the driver arrives to get the car, we would be charged the $400. We call back to cancel as we've already been lied to. Misha refused to refund the $400 and said that a driver has already been dispatched. Why was a driver dispatched for a pickup that is not even happening until tomorrow? Misha then, through a series of text messages pleaded with us to get us not to cancel the order. We were told that the driver that was dispatched is coming to pick up the car TODAY and that they would match any price from a competitor. None of this is adding up. We requested to have our car picked up tomorrow and were going to pay tomorrow, so the company instead dispatches a driver right away, charges the card, and then says the car will be picked up today? Not only that, they were arguing with us through text about cancelling the order. Where is the professionalism? If a client decides to cancel, you cancel. The client has no obligation to provide you a reason for cancelling their order. You can of course ask for feedback, but the client is not obligated to provide that. Disputing the charge immediately and reporting it as fraud, because that is what this company is. Fraudulent.
